My intuition was pulling me to look for someone to help me with the stress I have been under over the last few years.
I've tried workouts...yoga...meditation and nothing seemed to be working. I was feeling unhappy and stressed out and I knew that I needed to look outside of my normal "go-to's" to find someone that would be able to help.

During my initial meeting with Nosh I felt completely at ease and knew that he would be able to help.
Nosh was caring, compassionate, realistic and willing to do whatever he could for me as a client/patient. He understood my struggles and he seemed to genuinely want to see me happy and healthy.

Immediately after my first session with Nosh I felt a tremendous weight start to lift.
I shared things about my life and how I was feeling and he began to create a specialized plan to help me relax and get to where I ultimately want to be.
I will admit, it was uncomfortable at first because I was being asked about deep things and things I was not exactly comfortable with or about. But I found that in time, addressing those things and moving past them was the best thing for me.

Our sessions include acupuncture and visualization and to be honest, it feels like going to therapy. I always leave feeling much better and more relaxed and ready to face the day then when I walked in.

I've had a number of changes in my life since my first visit with Nosh and I'm feeling better than ever.

My confidence is up, my body feels strong and healthy and I've been given tools that will help me be able to face tough times as well as welcome and invite wonderful things into my life.

Thank you Nosh for everything, I can't imagine where I would be if I hadn't listened to my intuition and stopped in for that initial conversation.
