This company definitely did not make a good first impression. I called on Monday to schedule a visit with one of their representatives for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning came and went. It wasn't until Tuesday afternoon that I got a call from Scott saying that he apologized for not making the appointment and asked if I would be ok with rescheduling for Wednesday morning. I told him that was fine. It's now Wednesday and what do you know, the representative doesn't show up for the rescheduled appointment. I called in the morning and was told that they would call Scott and figure out what's going on and then call me back. I never received that call. I called once again at around 2:00pm today and asked for Scott. The employee on the other end of the phone said "I'm taking over your account, what can I help you with?" He then goes on to ask me for what I need replaced. Do you not keep a log of calls? or appointments? or order requests? If they did, then he would have known that I was looking for a repair and not a replacement. He then asks me to send him photos of the damage. THATS THE PURPOSE OF THE IN PERSON VISIT, HELLO!? I finally just told him that I'd be taking my business elsewhere and hung up the phone.
