Starbucks at 9049 West Olympic Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California.

I had my cell phone stolen here 20 minutes ago. I was freaking internally out but I didn't blame them or scream or even make a scene. I have never had this happen before at any Starbucks before in my life. This location is in Beverly Hills and I used to live in the neighborhood. I am so upset they didn't go out of their way to help me at least where security is concerned, all they did was give me a phone number to which I can't use because my PHONE WAS STOLEN. They didn't even offer to let me use their phones. I feel like they could have done more. I always enjoyed coming here, now this horrible experience has really wrecked my enjoyment. You have cameras in your facility that watch if people steal your property, how is this any different? My phone was near me and it was grabbed, this is just not right. I really want to give this place a decent review but I am so beyond upset and mad right now, I can't bare to give it a good score. Don't come here, the baristas could careless if anything gets stolen even if they can find out who did it.
